This morning as I was walking the sidewalk around our building at 6:45 a.m., I was impressed that the snow was removed, de-iced and the sidewalk was only wet. I couldn't say the same of any other buildings in downtown [St. Paul], as most were still covered in snow. This is just a small example of what an awesome job everyone has done with a very taxing snow season this year. I just want to again thank all of you for providing excellent service to a very important client of McGough Facility Management. Something that appears so simple as snow removal not only helps with the safety of Securian associates and guests of the buildings and the general public, but it is also a very positive reflection on Securian as a whole. I know we still have plenty of winter left but thanks for all your hard work and efforts as it is paying off in terms of folks' safety, Securian's "branding" and is a reflection of the true professionals you are.

Just a note to let you know what a great job the snow removal company does. They always have the lot plowed before we open and come back multiple times to make sure it looks great and put salt down when needed. There have been no issues which says a lot with all of the snow we have had.
